We are a small Resort with only 10 sites. A "Historic" building (formerly a Fish House) is located on the property and is being renovated.
RECREATION: We are within walking distance to many Shops, Restaurants and Art Galleries. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico offers great Fishing and Boating fun! Kayak right from our shores through the back-waters of Matlacha and the "Great Calusa Blueway" paddling trail. "Fort Myers Beach", "Sanibel Captiva Islands", and the "Edison Ford Estates" are some of the many exciting day trips that can be made from Sugar Sand Beach RV Resort. In addition, you can enjoy the Naples/Fort Myers Grey Hound Racing and Poker in Bonita Springs, and the Seminole Casino in Immokalee.
